Returns & Refunds Policy
OVERVIEW
Nectar offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, consumer happiness is our main objective; meaning anyone that purchases a Nectar product will have the utmost confidence and reassurance knowing that Nectar stands behind the results and anything less than satisfied will be fully refunded.
REFUNDS
If you are not fully satisfied with Nectar, please return all items or the empty containers for a 100% product refund within 60 days of purchase. Refunds do not include any shipping charges.
To complete your return, we require an email sent to refunds@feelnectar.com providing:
- A copy of your receipt, clear and readable (proof of purchase);
- Your full name and delivery address ( proof of recipient )
After you have sent us the Refund Request Email you will receive an email within 48 hours approving your request and highlighting the next steps to return your product as also stated in the ‘Returns’ section below.
PLEASE NOTE: Some credit providers or banks may take 1-7 days to return your money once we approve a refund with our bank, and we are unable to adjust this with your bank or credit provider.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- Firstly ensure you have followed all the correct steps in both the ‘Refunds’ and ‘Returns’ sections above;
- Recheck your bank or credit account to confirm you haven’t received your refund;
- Contact your credit card or bank to see when the refund may arrive in your account;
- If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at refunds@feelnectar.com.
SALE ITEMS
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
EXCHANGES
If the product is unused and unopened, we will exchange the product for a replacement.
Once your exchanged item is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will then proceed with sending you a replacement product to the address originally sent to.

GIFTS
STORE CREDIT
Any refund may be in the form of store credit for your convenience. Store credit expires in one (1) year. After one (1) year, the transaction is cleared from our accounting system and will not show up. If we prove you didn’t use your credit, we will happily approve your next purchase using your store credits. If you have a unique circumstance, email us at support@cbdanectar.com.
