Shipping Options
Nectar CBDA partners with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority to provide the best and fastest shipping service based on your location. PO Box deliveries will use USPS Priority. Customers may select faster alternative delivery services for a fee, if available.
Processing Timeframe
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time payment is processed.
Delivery Locations
Nectar CBDA ships to all 50 U.S. states but reserves the right not to ship to any state or territory where certain products are not legally compliant.

Dispute Resolution
Option 1: Any Actions
Any legal action shall be commenced in the state and federal courts located in Schenectady County, New York. The Parties consent to and waive defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.
Option 2: Informal Negotiations
To resolve disputes, the Parties agree to negotiate informally for at least 90 days before initiating arbitration. Negotiations begin upon written notice.
Option 3: Binding Arbitration
Disputes not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and, where appropriate, the AAA Consumer Rules (available at www.adr.org). Arbitration will take place in Schenectady County, New York, unless otherwise required. The arbitrator’s decision is final, and awards may be challenged if the arbitrator fails to follow applicable law.
If a dispute proceeds in court, it shall be in Schenectady County, New York courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) are excluded. No dispute may be commenced more than 2 years after the cause of action arose.
Restrictions
Arbitration is limited to individual disputes, with no class-action or representative proceedings permitted.
Exceptions
Disputes involving intellectual property rights, theft, piracy, privacy, or injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration.
Corrections
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site without prior notice.
